The Managing Director is responsible for developing and implementing plans of OU operation and growth while overseeing the clinical projects conducted by PPC China with proper management to ensure the best practice and quality in incompliance with PPC corporate standards.

Requirements of educiation and work experiences:
1.A 4-year BS (Bachelor of Science) degree. Advanced degree preferred.
2.At least eight (8) years experience in clinical trial, clinical research, or equivalent experience required.
3.At least 3 years experience in project management.
4.A minimum of 2 years experience in personnel management
5.Solid on-site monitoring experience.
6.Good management, planning, organization and communications skills.
7.Familiar with all the regulatory guideline and procedures such as CGCP, ICHGCP, SOPs etc.
8.Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a staff team
