Our client is rategically focused in supporting not only its worldwide corporate multi-national customers, but also local independent clients in the manufacturing and supply of doors and cabins, to which we add, as part of our cultural heritage that extra touch of "Italian Flair".
Responsibilities:
1. Delivery OTD;
2. Inventory control;
3. Workshop management and safety;
4. People performance evaluation;
5. Maintenance management.
Requirements:
1. Production Schedule.
a) Set work load for each work station;
b) Review program and decide in house working or out source;
c) Raw material calculation and request;
d) Issue purchase request for other material;
e) Update production status daily.
2. Manage people in workshop.
a) Define job description for each station;
b) Set up performance evaluation system;
c) Implementation performance evaluation system;
d) 5S audit.
3. Warehouse management.
a) 5S audit;
b) Check inventory accuracy;
c) Stock level control.
4. Maintenance management.
a) PM plan review and implementation audit;
b) Spare parts management;
c) OEE management;
d) Maintenance system set up and maintain.
5. System data maintain.
a) P order review and release;
b) Production status update;
c) Order status update.
