Job Description
Proactively indentify, prioritize the business accounts according to company strategy.
Cultivate strong, long-term relationship with key decision-makers within Account and develop in-depth knowledge of the customer organization.
Identify and respond to customer needs in order to define potential opportunities, and propose appropriate strategy/solution to customer.
Conduct the routine client visit, and prepare the company presentation.
Prepare the business proposal and quotation for business needs.
Working internally to secure the project timeline, and secure the quality to the client's satisfaction.
Work with operations and functional managers to identify sales opportunities, and be accountable for leading the sales presentation. Educate team participants in customer culture, operational needs/methods and sales techniques needed to win the sales.
Other assignment may be required.
Qualifications:
Education :
Bachelor above, preferably in Pharmacy, medical, Life Science, Business, English etc
Experience or Knowledge:
Business English level: should at least be proficient in business communication including reading, writing and speaking.
At least 3 year working experience, preferably in business development, or consulting
Knowledge or experience on pharmaceutical R&D area and clinical trial industry experience is a plus
Interpersonal skills : be ready to hear and be responsive to client's needs in a timely manner
Proven sales record and possess the ability to present in a convincible and reliable manner
Mature mindset and decent behavior
Working location:
Jiangsu Road, Changning District, Shanghai
