Production Engineer


Overview
This individual will be responsible for process / manufacturing engineering activities in support of new product launches and mass production. Excellent communications skills and the ability to work with a variety of people in a wide range of functional areas is mandatory. Excellent technical background with some knowledge of mechanical parts design including jigs & fixture and gages is desirable. Working knowledge of the assembly processes required for speaker, electromechanical systems, electronics, and audio is preferred. Good working knowledge of quality systems and processes, along with familiarity with QS9000 Quality Systems is desirable.

Engineering Manager


Daily work and stationed
Production department


Responsibilities
Maintain, repair and improve production equipment
Improve production pass rates by improving production equipment, production tools/fixtures, and production processes.
Assist in training of operators.


Education and Experience
Relevant education in mechanical engineering
At least 5 years in metal or electronics manufacturing company with same responsibilities as mentioned above
Must have broad general technical understanding and flair
High degree of responsibility and self-drive
