Tasks and responsibilities:

职责要求

1.Product quality analysis and follow up with engineering and related department in PC for quality improvement.

产品质量分析及跟进技术部与产品中心相关部门的质量改进。

2.Proactively collaborate with CC TS to provide quick solution for pending quality issues solution.

主动协同客户中心技术支持为存在的质量问题提供快速的解决方案。

3.CC warranty claim approval and quality cost analysis.

客户中心保修索赔批准及质量成本分析。

4.Organizing TCM/PQM (Technical Committee Meetings) in the product company with the involved departments in CTS division(PC&CC) to discuss technical issues in the field and take the necessary actions.

组织产品中心的TCM/PQM，与CTS相关的部门共同讨论维修现场的技术问题，并采取必要的行动。

5.Inform the customer centers via SB's about products improvements and actions to be taken.

以安全通告通知客户中心关于产品改进及具体行动。

6.New products designing support on serviceability and spare parts anti-piracy.

为配件适用性及防伪提供新的设计。
7.Defining service kits improving service ability on machines.

定义机器上的服务包，提高服务能力。

8.Preparing and maintaining technical literature (such as service labeling, spare part books and instruction books).

准备及维护技术文献，如服务标签、配件手册和说明书。

9.Technical training for the service people of the customer centers on new product.

向客户中心的服务人员提供新产品的技术培训。

10.Follow-up of all the ongoing activities with the Service department in Airpower.

跟进压缩机部关于售后服务部门的所有动向。

Job Qualifications

Experience requirements

工作经验要求

At least 3 years working experience in a technical environment.

至少有3年与技术相关的工作经验。

Knowledge

知识

1.Good general compressor knowledge is a must, knowledge of the Industrial Air Products an advantage.

必须具备一般的压缩机知识，熟悉工业空气压缩机的优先。

2.Good command of English both oral and written, as well as computer skills (MS office).

良好的英语说写，及计算机（办公室软件）操作技能。

3.Strong technical background is required.

4.Good analyzing skills, can evaluate data and information and structure and prioritize the tasks accordingly.

良好的分析能力,能评估数据与信息并相应地组织与安排任务。

Educational requirements

学历要求

Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

大学本科或以上学历,机械或电气工程专业。

Personality requirements

个性要求

1.Good communication skills and enough maturity to accompany service people in visiting customers.

良好的沟通技巧，并足以伴随服务人员到访客户。

2.Pro-active, customer oriented, by maintaining regular contacts with the customer centers and giving them accurate and unambiguous advice.

积极主动的、以客户为中心的，与客户中心保持定期联系，并提供准确、不含糊的建议。

3.As a real problem solver, you can deal with unexpected situations and implement a solution and you actively search for what caused this situation.
