POSITION

Logistic Office

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Management of shipment by sea, by air and by truck;
- Forwarder and carrier management;
- Asking for quotations from different forwarders;
- Shipment documents;
- Customs documents;
- Pick up arrangement;
- Loading container management;
- Courier shipment.

REQUIREMENTS
- Previous good experience in Logistic office;
- Previous experience in trading company;
- Good knowledge of the documents for the transportation;
- Good knowledge of the documents for the Customs;
- Resident in Guangzhou;
- Good English, both spoken and written;
- Familiar with the pc and with Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
