Job Title: Purchasing Team Leader (Operation Officer)
Based at: Guangzhou China
Responsible to: Purchasing Manager

Responsibilities – General:
？ 1. Set up and improve the purchasing procedure;
？ 2. Selling price, order quantity and inventory management;
？ 3. Search product supplier and renew the supply channels;
？ 4. Monitor any change of the supply market to control the cost;
？ 5. Search the selling market, analyse and generate strategies with competition;
？ 6. Set price strategy comparing to the market and competitor;
？ 7. Find newer product to meet the market demand;
？ 8. Build up good team work and keep high morale for the team;
？ 9. Manage and keep good communication for the team;
？ 10. Provide training for new team members;
？ 11. Coaching and improving skills for team members.

Qualification & Competency:

？ 1. College degree or above;
？ 2. 3-5 years working experience in the related purchasing / international trading especially in home appliance,
furniture, tool, toys, sport and fitness ,gardening product;
？ 3. At least 1 year management experience with good leadership;
？ 4. Familiar with China supply markets;
？ 5. Good sense of product market;
？ 6. Skilled in analysis marketing and sales;
？ 7. Be able to cope with the big pressure work and used to the fast-paced;
？ 8. Professional, strong responsibility and good organizing ability in teamwork, good communication skills;
？ 9. CET 6 or above, Fluent in spoken and written English;
？ 10. Skilled in office software.


岗位职责：
？ 1. 建立或改善善采购流程，确保价格，数量设置，翻单和库存控制等顺利运作；
？ 2. 寻找物资供应来源，不断开辟新的供货渠道；
？ 3. 监控物料的市场变化，采取必要的采购技巧降低采购成本；
？ 4. 调查、分析和评估目标市场，采取战略的措施确保采购的成本的竞争性；
？ 5. 了解和密切关注市场和竞争对手的变动，完成产品的更新换代；
？ 6. 建立并培养一个优秀的团队，提高并保持团队的士气；
？ 7. 为团队营造良好沟通氛围；
？ 8. 协调组员共同完成工作任务，指导和监督组员的日常工作
？ 10. 负责采购人员的岗前培训和在岗培训，并组织考核


任职要求：
？ 1. 本科以上学历，有电子商务行业采购经验优先；
？ 2. 3-5年及以上的外贸采购经验，熟悉家居产品，家具，电器，工具，玩具，园林产品，运动设备等项目为优；
？ 3. 至少1年主管或以上良好的管理经验；
？ 4. 熟悉国内产品供应市场；
？ 5. 对产品市场趋势有一定敏锐度；
？ 6. 较强的分析技巧，熟悉产品分析，销售分析；
？ 7. 较好的承压心态，适应快节奏的工作；
？ 8. 语言表达及沟通能力强，具备良好团队能力与组织策划能力；
？ 9. 英语6级以上，具备熟练的听说读写能力熟练使用办公软件。
