Asst Manager Training & Implementation - GPS
Job Duties:
-To plan, organize, and deliver GPS Training and ensure staff accreditation across all levels for all processes (Manuals, Semi-Automated and Customer Services) in keeping with the project timelines. Provide additional training and ensure staff accreditation in keeping with every new GPS Release
-Maintain all training content for GPS - includes PPTs, Hand-outs, Step-by-Step Guides, Reckoners and Assessments. Ensure up-gradation with every new GPS Release.
-Customise training Content and delivery plan/schedules in keeping with the business procedures and work-flow
-Assist in the tracking and maintenance of the Issue Log for all issues impacting the Operations Team
-Assist operations in the Resource Planning and Volumetric Analysis in keeping with the new GPS Work-flow
-Acquire in depth understanding of relevant processes and ensure Procedure Updation and Maintenance in liaison with Operations and the Business, and ensure staff training on the same
-Provide able guidance in Queue Management and the setting up of the required User Defined Filters
-Ensure Operational Readiness in liaison with respective Operation Managers and the business partners
-Co-ordinate the Profile Set-up for all staff in keeping with the FIM guidelines for both PATs and Live environment. Identify any related issues and ensure resolution of the same in liaison with IT and access control teams
-Provide PAT and GPS Implementation Support – Includes Issue Log management and assistance with Queue Management
-Provide weekly update on training Progress to the relevant stake-holders by means of effective dashboards, metrics and reports
-Coordinate and build positive relations with Operations, Business and Project Teams and ensure Pro-active Communication to all departments
-Share learning and best practices experience with the Operations team and provide assistance on all technical issues referred
-To ensure promotion of teamwork and promote a joined up approach by providing appropriate assistance and support to Operations, business and Projects teams
Requirements:
-Strong working knowledge of the Global Payments System (E)
-Prior Experience of a full cycle of - GPS Training and Implementation (E)
-At least 1-2 years of Training experience within the Payments CoE and Extensive knowledge of Payments Processing and various Payments systems.(E)
-Excellent presentation skills, facilitation skills, and communication skills (E)
-Excellent planning and organizing skills and ability to work independently (E)
-Creative problem solver and strong Analytical Skills (D)
-Ability to build rapport and credibility with senior and middle line managers (D)
-Ability to lead and manage projects (D)
-Ability to adapt to culturally diverse work environments and work schedule (E)
-Effective leadership and interpersonal skills. (D)
