Footwear industry working experience is necessary.

1. Position purpose/Summary statement (defines the major functions/purpose of the position) Commercialization Assistant is mainly responsible in assisting the Commercialization Manager for timely and proper engineering and commercialization of new models to ensure workability in production ,durability, good fit and wear comfortability , functionability while maintaining product design integrity and meeting product cost objectives. The Commercialization Assistant being based in the partner factory will help improve and expedite coordination with the factory commercialization team.
2. Job Scope a) Monitoring of commercialization timelines (tech trials plans) to ensure production timelines are met.b) Assists the commercialization Manager in conducting tech trials to ensure upper patterns, bottoms , and processes are properly engineered to ensure workability in mass production as well as product durability, good fit and wear comfortability, functionability, and quality consistency.c) Monitors and supervises the making of fit and weartest samples and follows up approval from US side.d) Initiates and follows-up the preparation of comprehensive production Process Specs and well as identification of 'critical operations' and preparation of corresponding visual aids (COVA - critical operations visual aids) and submit this to the Commercialization Manager for review and confirmation.e) Coordinates with the factory for the proper grading of uppers, bottoms, and components with the objective of minimizing components, cutting dies, molds, and other toolings while ensuring that product and design integrity is maintained .f) Preparation of final Production Specs.g) Setting up of packaging dimensions and specs.

Skills/Knowledge/Behaviour:

- Good product eye .- Must have high moral integrity (non-corruptible)- Comprehensive knowledge of footwear manufacturing processes.- Good English communication skills (verbal and written).- Team player- Preferably college graduate or footwear technical school graduate.
