Position general statements:

· Essentially to deliver support to end users in the organization about how to use various types of software programs efficiently and effectively in fulfilling business objectives. This includes troubleshooting applications and software's for all internal customers, such as operations, development, and other business units.

Education/Skills/Knowledge/Behaviour:

· A diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or relevant experience with specialist qualification like MCSE and CCNA

· Possess knowledge of network infrastructure, LAN, hardware and software application. Active Directory, Oracle database experience preferred

· Good team player with strong sense of customer service and good communication skill with the willingness to learn

· Good analytical skills in solving PC application problems

· English proficiency will be a great advantage

· Possess good judgment, negotiation and interpersonal skills

· 2-3 year of relevant experience -

· Self motivated & pleasant personality
