Essential duties and responsibilities
a)Leads the implementation and enhancement of local fit and wear program.
b)Recruiting, screening, and maintaining a roster of qualified fit and weartesters.
c)Leads and coordinates the development, engineering and approval of new lasts in coordination with Development and Commercialization teams as well as last makers. Maintains lasts specs and measurements for approved production lasts.
d)In charge for the implementation of local Fit Screening program and local Fit & Wear Evaluation program in coordination with development, commercialization, and US fit/weartesting teams.
e)Regularly audits production lasts in partner factories to maintain lasts and fit integrity.
f)Leads and coordinates the implementation of production shoes fit evaluation program in the factories.
g)Coordinates with development and/or commercialization team in resolving fit and wear issues.
h)Continuously research for new ideas on fit , comfort and wear enhancements and initiates needed improvements.
Education/Experience:
-Minimum 9 years working experience in a reputable footwear company in either production, commercialization, development, or quality control.
-Minimum 3 years supervisory or management experience .
-Comprehensive knowledge of footwear manufacturing processes.
-Good verbal and written English communication skill.
-Computer literate
