Purpose

Set up a marketing team to promote The Garden School at the initial stage and in the long run, to cater all promotional events for businesses under Sinogate. The team will be specialized in organizing all promotional events and seminars, handle all enquiries from parents (both phone and email enquiries) and all enrollment related issues.

Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Help the company implement its marketing plans as required.
• Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
• Take part in events to market the products such as seminars, road shows, and telemarketing events.
• Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
• Arrange a number of status reports, for example activities, closings, follow-up and adherence to goals. For example: prepare weekly marketing report.

Skills and Competencies

• A pleasing personality with “can do” attitude.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task, take initiative and be proactive
• Good level written and oral English and Putonghua are required. Proficiency in Cantonese would be an advantage.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing

Basic salary plus commission
