The Chassis and Active Safety department is responsible for developing the complete delivery of Chassis systems as well as Active Safety function at Volvo Car China Corporation. The main responsibilities are: 1. As a Chassis Engineer, you will develop components and systems as part of a development team from concept to final production. 2. You will contribute to a cross functional team consisting of internal and external (suppliers) competences. 3. You will also develop and engineer chassis systems according to time, cost and attributes within specified frames.

1. Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering 2. Thorough knowledge of engineering techniques associated with system development 3. Minimum 2 years of automotive experience 4. Thorough knowledge of CAD/CAE tools utilized in automotive engineering such as CATIA V5, Nastran and Adams 5. Skills in computer programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint 6. Excellent analytical, problem solving, manufacturing and engineering skills 7. Experience of engineering of chassis systems such as brakes, wheel suspension, steering and sub-frame 8. Fluent in speaking, presentation and written communication skills in English
