主要职责：
· Responsible for systems analysis, design, development, planning, control, implementation, maintenance and support of computer applications/ system software/ database software/ security software/ contracts by providing total Information Systems solutions.
· Responsible for effective day-to-day operation in the delivery of quality application development and management services, including establishment and enforcement of software engineering quality processes to achieve performance targets and customers’ service level agreements.
· Liaison with vendors, information technology professionals and technology partners to maintain awareness of new technologies and best practices in the industry.
· Oversee the management of projects and overall services, setting priorities, monitoring and controlling the critical success factors and key performance indicators of ICT projects and day-to-day support functions.
· Take up assignments at customer’s premises within or outside Hong Kong when needs arise. Business travel may be required from time to time.
Supervise and motivate staff to work towards achieving common team goals.
职位要求：
* Holder of university degree or higher diploma, or equivalent, in Computer Science or related discipline with a minimum of 4 years’ relevant IT experience.
* Good technical knowledge and application experience across multiple IT platforms, development environments and applications.
* Proficient in application development, systems analysis and design, implementation, maintenance and/or technical support of systems and software.
* Technical skills in Client/Server, Web/Internet applications and technology, relational database, document management system, email software and/or different server operating systems.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, people management and resources management skills.
* Self-motivated, quality driven, and can work under pressure.
* Proficient in written/spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
