1、Main Purpose of the job:

- Enhance commodity sourcing performance and better supply management on respective commodities to align with top management sourcing strategy;

- Centralize global sourcing function to strengthen global supply base management;

- Optimize supply chain for the sake of LOM operation cost control;

2、Essential responsibilities (please list down quantified and/or qualified measure after each responsibility)

- Evaluate, select and qualify new supplier based on commodity strategy;

- Develop and maintain supplier relationship and implement contract and agreement upon supplier base;

- Quarterly business review with key suppliers(QBR)

- Support manufacturing procurement on designed related and project related issue;

- Conduct price negotiation and achieve quarterly cost reduction target;

- Supplier performance follow up and long term capacity review on related commodity;

- Supply chain risk management

- Support BU / BCU supply chain material management and commodity sourcing;

- Eco-partner management

3、Job requirements:

1)Education, experience & skills

-University graduated with BS degree or above., Major in engineering is preferred.

-Min.5 years working experience in sourcing or procurement field in Electronics industry.

-Fluent written/spoken English

-Good communication skill

-Highest result orientation
