职位描述
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
1. Create new customer for retail or enterprise industry.
2. Experience in managing large integration project.
3. Understanding client needs and provide Diebold's solution.
4. Developing security integration & service business.
5. Responsible presales engagements, spec and proposal building, and project management.
6. Identify and develop sales strategies for customer security solutions offering.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Planning
1) Pre-sales/project and resource planning
2) Scope management of project
Responsible for customized solution designs where appropriate and with corresponding bid design and analysis including proposal writing support.
Identify solutions and related opportunities based on:
- Market research
- Customer recommendations
- Industry trends and directions
- Emerging technologies
Coordination
Co-ordination with clients, SW design team & implementation teams
Actively manage relationships with Diebold strategic business partners and vendor partners to pursue business opportunities.
Serve as an Enterprise Security product/solutions expert when required on important sales calls.
Execution
Develop Diebold brand awareness and corporate capabilities within China market through direct customer calls and meetings, trade show and workshop attendance.
Identify and develop sales strategies for existing and future integration solutions offerings.
Develop and implement awareness building programs, including participation in the development of advertising and PR strategies.

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1. College graduate with a BS/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Individual must have a minimum of 3~5 years in security or retail industry.
3. Highly motivated professional with a successful track record as a Business ?Development Manager, Account Manager/Sales Rep or Enterprise Security Applications Engineer.
4. Individual must be creative and posses strong analytical, planning, communication and presentation skills.
5. Should possess skill for vendor and resource management
6. Experience of customer exposure for pre sales & sales engagements
7. Exposure to heterogeneous technologies like datacenter infrastructure, storage solutions, security technologies, networks, etc.
8. Have the capability to architect a solution proposal for customers
9. Documentation and proposal building skills
10. Experience in owning independent revenue & profitability targets
11. Good command of both spoken & written English
12. Age around 25~40.
