Detailed Job Descriptions:

? In charge of management and maintenance of tendering database.

? Receive information from tendering websites. Promptly inform and organize different SBUs to participate the bidding work for tenders. Follow tenders requirements to prepare necessary files and submit them in time.

? Keep a good relationship and nice communication with tenderees. Negotiate with tenderees for bidding fee and effect the payment.

? Smartly analyse tendering rules and policies. Guide and drive sales departments to follow tenders well so as to win as more as possible. Coordinate cross-function departments to achieve the bidding goals.

? Keep a good relationship with customers including hospitals, dealers, distributors, and channel partners so as to have smooth communication with customers regarding sales operation.

? Support HBS manager for database system data collection and maintenance with channel partners, dealers, distributors and even hospitals.

? In charge of management and maintenance of dealer database.

? Support HBS manager for dealers / hospitals information collection and analyses.

? Other work assigned in the company.

Qualification / Experience/ Skills Required:

? College diploma or above. Major in business, medical or medicine, accounting, etc. More than 2 years working experience. Good performance for learning new things.

? Be good at office software such as WORD, OUTLOOK, and EXCEL. Be capable for details of words and numbers.

? Be with experience of data processing system such as CRM or SAP or ERP.

? Be with good sense of responsibility and with positive attitude towards work tasks. Must be a nice team-worker. Be with the style of result-oriented.

? Be willing to listen to and understand others. Be able to express clearly. Nice performance of communication.

? Any candidate with tendering experience of medicine or medical device will be much more preferred.

? Any candidate with sales experience or customer service experience will be much preferred.

? Any candidate with abundant experience of quotation making ( > 200 different products, > 1 years ) will be preferred.
