POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

1Maintain the customer Product lifecycle Management database via their weblink;

2Work closely with China QC manager to generate the factory audit schedule according to the customer requirement and our internal factory assessment requirements

3Execute supplier factory audits prior to the official audit being done by our customer or the third party and communicate the
findings with factory management, discuss any non-compliance issues with them, and create the corrective action plan (CAP) after the audit.

4Monitor and verify the supplier corrective actions regularly and make sure they are in effectiveness;

5Work closely with the supplier and conduct the product and factory audit trainings for them and help them understand our requirements completely.

6Follow up the Non Conformance Material Report (NCMR)from our USA QC team and work with our China QC inspector and suppliers to develop the corrective and preventive actions for these quality issues.

7Update the CAPA database and factory audit schedule regularly;

The Qualifications Required:

1BS Degree in mechanical engineering or mechanical and electrical engineering or related major

2At least 5 years of relevant auditing experience at the production plan or 3rd party audit firms. The qualification certificate is preferable.

3Familiar with ISO quality system requirements ,national and international codes of conduct, labor standards and regulations;

4Knowledge and experience on Ethical Standard ,SQP and GMP audit will be preferred;

5Strong computer skills including experience with database maintenance & Microsoft Excel.

6oficient in reading and written English, oral English is preferable.

7e ability to monitor effectiveness of vendor CAPA as well as development reports and implement corrective action programs on an as needed basis.

8fective communication in oral & written English with multiple departments and the customers.
