Job Duties
1. Responsible for establishing the Analytics Centre for Asia Pacific;
2. Up skill the team to deliver sophisticated, standardized analytical enablers to support acquisition, cross sell, up sell, retention and wingback programs for Retail Banking and Wealth management to drive a significant uplift in revenue;
3. Accountable for ensuring that Centers is leveraged to deliver the Customer Proposition-whilst creating a faster analytical cycle;
4. Responsible for developing the Analytics Centre team, the business interaction processes that enable their effectiveness, the technical sophistication, and the successful adoption of new best of breed tools and techniques;
5. Accountable for the design of analytic strategies, aligned to regionally defined approaches, definition of campaign concepts and development of offer strategies;
6. Responsible for the organization of the Analytics Centre to conduct analytics resulting in better decisions, optimize customer contact offer opportunities, deliver campaigns;
7. Responsible for the establishment of common KPIs and measurement across marketing campaigns and offer trigger engines;
8. Develops effective working relationships with key country teams to maintain expert knowledge of stakeholder requirements;
9. Responsible for ensuring the customer experience is at the forefront of any engagement;
10. Accountable for delivering sophistication of analytics;
11. Accountable for leading sophistication of analytical approaches within the Centre;
12. Responsible for collaboration between the Country teams and the Centre team;
13. Accountable for leading the team and removing barriers to industrializing and institutionalizing best/common practices;
14. Provide the personal leadership required within the Centre team;
15. Deliver Analytics industrialization efficiently in the Centre team and institutionalizing standard best practices to remove unnecessary complexity and increase stability;
16. Work with other key functions such as Information Management and Modeling, to seamlessly deliver outcomes for stakeholders.

Requirement
1. At least 10 years'experience in analytics in the financial/banking sector;
2. Masters degree in a relevant business discipline;
3. Extensive skills in strategy development, marketing, quantitative analysis, product profitability modeling and financial analysis, across multiple financial product categories and customer segments;
4. Deep technical knowledge of customer segmentation, digital marketing, model building, portfolio analytics, data mining development and applications, and market/industry reviews for strategy formulation Excellent strategic and creative "out of the box"thinking capacity;
5. Strong leadership and communication skills;
6. Significant experience up skilling analysts with sophisticated analytics;
7. Deep experience in building and leading teams of analysts.
