职位描述
职位：手机测试主管
工作职责：
1、为各项目制定产品测试策略及测试计划；
2、有一定的测试团队管理经验，非常熟悉整个测试过程；
3、参与需求评审、测试用例评审，配合项目经理确保项目质量目标的完成；
4、适时总结分析项目测试状况，并组织评审测试发现的问题；
5、 指导测试工程师根据测试计划实施产品测试；
6、 为各项目制定测试风险应对计划及预防解决措施；
7、 测试团队日常管理工作。
岗位要求：
1、 本科或以上学历，软件开发等相关专业；
2、 一年以上手机项目相关测试经验，有一至两个项目测试经验尤佳；
3、了解数据库及开发语言：Java, C++, Objective-C, C#, PHP
4、 流利的英文听、说、读、写能力；
5、 具有一定的风险识别能力及判断能力；
6、 工作认真细心，责任心强，有较强的沟通协调能力，良好的团队合作精神。
