职位描述
1、带领并指导创意构思及执行,保证并监督创意部的作品质量；
2、负责作品的创意设计，同时能进行有序的开展工作，善于利用、引导团队开发创作；
3、负责带领创意团队并对部门成员进行专业培训和指导；
4、协调创意制作部与其它部门之间的工作关系；
5、定期作出部门评估报告和发展建议,协同公司发展制定部门规划。
任职资格
1、本科以上学历，新闻传播学、广告学等专业优先；
2、3年以上同等职位、互联网广告公司优先考虑，有手机APP,移动平台行业经验更佳；
3、具备品牌策略观念，创作视野开阔；
4、良好语言表达和沟通能力，具备团队思维；
5、具备良好的专业能力，有可以追溯的成功经验；
6、创作欲望强烈，创意构思独特、表现力强，具有良好的团队协作精神;
7、具备良好的英文能力。
