职位描述
1、熟悉移动互联网，熟悉iOS、Android等手机客户端产品；
2、负责手机app产品的创新和预研，结合用户需求和产品技术架构，完成新产品/功能的概念设计和原型展示；
3、负责制定明确的产品功能规划，以及产品项目计划，为开发团队提供明确的产品资料文档；
4、负责引导完成产品的界面、功能、流程设计，协调开发人员进行开发工作，推动及协调产品的开发进度，把控项目质量，保证各环节顺利完成；
5、监控产品运行效果，收集用户反馈，分析用户行为统计数据，挖掘并发现用户需求，对产品进行持续改进。
岗位要求：
1、2年以上手机客户端产品经理经验，有sns类产品经验或有成熟类似产品案例者优先；
2、专科及以上学历，工业设计、计算机、心理学、平面设计、广告设计、传播学等相关专业优先；
3、熟悉产品交互设计的相关流程，包括功能分析、用户角色分析、原型设计、界面设计；
4、出色的语言表达能力和产品原型表现能力，熟练操作axure、mindmanager等工具软件；
5、具备较强的逻辑分析能力，善于利用数据对用户需求及行为、产品发展等进行深入挖掘；
6、具备良好的抗压性和沟通、协调能力，有高度的责任感和良好的团队精神；
7、出色的英文沟通能力。
