岗位职责：
1、协助顾问分析客户的职位需求；
2、筛选符合要求的候选人，作好访谈记录 ；
3、协助并参与顾问对候选人的甄选工作
4、整理候选人评估报告；
5、协助客户安排候选人聘用事项 。

岗位要求：
1、本科或以上学历；
2、思路清晰，具创新思维及责任心；
3、需有一年猎头行业或招聘经验；
4、良好英文水平，CET-4以上。
