职位描述：

1、根据需求规格说明书进行系统分析和设计，编写设计开发文档；

2、负责进行产品功能、业务规则的设计，形成系统功能架构；

3、配合项目的整体计划和安排,指导开发工程师完成程序设计和开发工作；

4、参与现有系统的重构工作；

5、负责具体开发任务的分解，指导并检查成员工作。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历毕业，计算机相关专业；

2、5年以上软件经验， 4 年以上 Java 、 J2ee 开发经验，精通 J2EE 体系结构，设计模式，精通 servlet ， EJB ， JSP ， Struts ， Spring ， hibenate 等技术；

3、精通Oracle 或SQL Server 等大型数据库开发，有较好的数据库设计能力；

4、熟悉应用服务器和开发工具，如 WebSphere 、 WebLogic 、 Tomcat 、 Eclipse 等，能对目标系统进行优化配置；

5、具有多个大型项目的架构设计和分析经验；

6、具备良好的沟通能力，较强的分析、解决问题能力和撰写开发文档；具有良好的计划性；

7、团队精神，能承受工作压力并充满热情。
