供应商开发主管/Supplier Development (Sourcing) Supervisor—知名外资汽车零部件公司

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supplier development and quality management with Quality and Technique Dept.;

2. Supplier quality system audit, process audit and performance monitoring;

3. Supplier PPAP samples selection, document preparing, collecting and reviewing per PPAP requirements:

4. Submit supplier PPAP to quality engineer for PPAP approval;

5. Coordinating all supplier PPAP Activities (e.g: supplier PPAP requirements, attend supplier PPAP running and measuring PPAP samples);

6. Report and track supplier performance such as quality issue and 8D and cost recover to lead supplier continuous improvement activities;

7. Follow up supplier's corrective action plans originated from Audits, Customer’s returns or initial samples non conformities.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering or Auto Engineering;

2. 3+ years working experience in auto components manufacturing industry or relevant electronic manufacturing industry, at least 3+SQE experience;

3. Be familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA and ISO9000 and ISO/TS16949;

4. Be knowledgeable in problem solving process as well as general quality tools application;

5. Good communication skills and team work style;

6. Fluent English both in written and oral.
