售后服务经理 After-sales Manager/Technical Service Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Develop & implement service strategy in line with company strategy.
依照公司战略制定并执行相应的售后服务战略

2. Develop optional service network national widely based on the company's strategy.
依照公司战略在全国范围内发展售后服务网点

3. Improve the implementation of service system for the company by following business procedures and policies.执行公司业务流程及相关规定，提高服务体系的质量及效率

4. Prepare annual budget for service department and manage warranty cost within budget.
制定年度售后服务部门预算，并在预算范围内管理保修成本

5. Set up KPI of 3rd party service station. Evaluate their performance and guide them to improve their service quality
制定第三方服务网点管理及评估流程，对第三方服务网点进行管理及指导从而提高其服务水平

6. Train and improve service staff for their performance and ability to meet customer's needs for service satisfaction.
对售后服务人员提供服务及技能培训以提升客户满意度

7. Review all service related information and reports, such as service quality, customer satisfaction, to update and improve service quality.
审核与售后服务相关的数据及报表，包括服务质量，顾客满意度等，以持续改善服务质量

8. Coordinate with Production, Sales, Quality and Procurement for quality support by providing valuable information on quality and customer satisfaction.
向生产，销售，质量及采购部提供质量及顾客满意度信息反馈

9. Any assignments from Supply Chain Director.
其他由供应链总监分配的工作

Requirements:

1. Good administrative and leadership skills
拥有良好管理及领导技巧

2. B.A. in Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineering university degree
机械工程或机电本科学历

3. Minimum 5 years working experience in service or quality related function.
5年以上售后服务部门或质量管理部门经验；

4. Multinational Company working experience is prefer;
拥有跨国企业工作经验者优先考虑。
