职位描述

工具的调整

1. 定义冲压参数以达到生产和质量的标准；

2. 协调模具维修以改善工具；

3. 定义冲压布局，以确保每个工具达到生产性能；

工具的准备（工具调整）

1. 组织布局以达到SMED标准；

2. 在生产开始前检验工具；

3. 协调工具调整。

生产

1.跟踪在机器上的生产达到生产标准；

2.执行方案以防止标准偏差；

3.优化生产的工作指引；

生产改善

建议&实施方案来提高生产效率；

承担公司可能不时指定的其他职责。

任职资格：

1、3年以上汽车行业或者多工位压力机AIDA,FAGOR冲压生产经验；

2、良好的几何学知识；

3、具有高度的团队合作精神；

4、高度的责任心，能够在压力下工作。
