Main Mission:

1.Collect upcoming customer field claims in front of the customer

2.Transfer the identified quality issue and quality performance immediately to the SNOP quality organization

3.Close to work in customer field and to validate the customer or SNOP’s quality improvement action.

Tasks:

1.Regular visit customer in assigned area and follow up with product improvement action plan

2.Closely to work customer field to avoid no defect claims and to reduce the quality complaint or quality claims cost by suitable diagnosing process

3.Harmonize project & plant team to respond field complaint within 24hours

4.Analyze the new field complaints and provide effective and efficient proposal to SNOP project & Quality team, also give timely feedback report to customers.

5.Monitor the effectiveness of the corrective actions taken by customer/SNOP in field feedback

6.Monthly quality claim report and tracking of field claims trend

7.Consolidate the relationship with customer field teams and improve quality service to customers

8. Collect the field feedback of major competitor

9.Monitor and report the logistics performance from customer field to help plant to improve the logistics management

Job Requirements (skills and experience):

1.3~5 years working experience

2.College degree in automotive engineering or engineering-related

3.Must has stamping tool or stamping product experience

4.Good quality management and familiar with customer service process

5.Professional appearance and personality to deal directly with customer field complaint

6.Effective troubleshooting capability and good negotiation capability

7.Honest, high integrity with motivation and result-oriented individual

8.Willingness to travel and/or to relocate close to customers' plants, high flexibility

9.Good English and communication skills

10.Problem-solving tool knowledge is a must, such as, 8D, fishbone.

11.Familiar with usage of on-site measurement gauge , such as, Check fixture, caliper, micrometer etc.

12.Basic data statistical analysis skill is necessary.
