职位描述：
1、全面主持公司项目BA楼宇智控部份的技术管理工作；
2、负责组织、指导、协调BA楼宇智控项目的二次设计工作，确保设计工作满足施工现场的需要；
3、贯彻规范、标准、规程的实施；认真审核图纸、审批技术交底、制定施工方案、落实各项技术措施，负责处理现场技术问题；
4、对本项目的质量工作进行规划管理，并负责督促执行，保证质量目标的实现；
5、参加图纸会审，碰到比较大的技术问题，负责与甲方和设计单位、施工单位联系，妥善解决；
6、负责施工过程中与业主、设计、监理、总承包商及各专业分包的协调配合工作，负责项目施工进度，并负责对BA楼宇智控项目各施工队伍的协调组织与管理；
7、协助组织工程验收及竣工验收工作；
8、负责项目施工过程中的安全管理工作。

职位要求：
1、电子工程、自动控制或相关专业专科及以上学历；
2、精通楼宇自控系统的设计、安装及调试；
3、三年工业自动化，自动控制或楼宇控制设计、施工经验；
4、熟悉目前国内主流自控及楼宇自控产品系统；有江森、霍尼韦尔、西门子楼宇控制设计、安装、调试等相关经验优先考虑；
5、熟悉自动化控制原理、控制过程，熟悉单片机原理及PLC原理；
6、熟悉暖通、空调或供热系统工艺过程者优先。
