Responsibilities:
? To help the company to achieve national sales goal and KPI
? To support the company to build the right product mix
? Provide market insight to catch business opportunities
? To ensure that all the trade marketing activities are properly implemented and strictly adhere to company's regulation
? Assist GM to introduce products and penetrate the 5 star hotels and restaurant, café chains market
? Build up relationship with 5 star hotels, restaurants and Café chains.
? Execute daily operation like coordinating new product launches , regional trade promotions, regional public relations activities and etc
? Maintaining and supervising distributors membership program
? Support company to maintain the right price structures and right inventory level in the market
? To provide feedback and market information to support departments

Bachelor or above degree
? More than 5 years B2B trade marketing experience
? Experience to work with hotel chains is an advantage
? Willing to learn and practice,
? Independent and can work under pressure
? Creative thinking
? Can adapt to sudden changes in tsrategy. Result oriented
? Listen to other people's advice. Optimistic
? Strong communication skills;
? Good knowledge of English not necessary but would be an advantage
? Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PPT etc.
? Dynamic and driving for result
? Motivation and pleasant personality
? Good interpersonal skill
