Job Summary
This is a dream job in China!
You will be supporting one of China’s largest domestic brands in its efforts to establish brand recognition in Western markets. This is a major opportunity to work with a premier brand in the wine and spirits market.
You will be responsible for understanding the client’s global marketing strategy, developing a social media strategy, primarily on facebook, WOM management and reputation management.
NOTE – this position requires a native English speaker who can converse with local Chinese marketing teams and translate their requirements into a strategy that positions their brand in international markets.

Overview of Responsibilities
The following are key responsibilities for this role.
Client Management / Planning
Annual Plan - the Social Media Consultant will work with our client to develop an overall social media plan for western markets, primarily using facebook.
The Social Media Consultant will define measurable KPI’s to track brand awareness and the impact of the program on the brand.
The Social Media Consultant will develop the budget needed to support the overall program.
Social Media Design and Execution
TheSocial Media Consultant will work with Shared Services to design the facebook page layout and key functions.
Develop content for international social media platforms, including multi-media, written content, etc.
Be responsible for coordinating any third parties who support content creation.

Skills and Experience
At least 5 years’experience in social media, either in a digital marketing agency or in an end-user marketing organization.
At least 5 years’ experience working with international clients, either in US/Europe or in China.
Extensive experience in WOM tracking.
Extensive experience in online reputation and crisis management.
