Summary of Services
CRM Projects-Includes all aspects of strategy, process and requirements analysis, design, build, test and implementation.
CRM Data Management: Acquisition-Includes all aspects of prospect and customer data acquisition through the company’s web and social media sites, 3rd party vendors and other legal sources.
CRM Data Management: Governance-Includes all aspects of data management, data security, data quality and data access (by the company’s users and customers).
CRM Data Management: Reporting Includes all aspects of CRM analytics, including call center performance reporting.
Call Center Infrastructure-Includes all aspects of call center infrastructure, including, but not limited to, telephony, hardware, software, PBX and other facilities.
Specific Services
The following are specific services that the CRMCS will manage resources who provide, or will directly provide, the following services:
CRM Projects
Strategy-The CRMCS will work with the GM to develop a comprehensive CRM strategy for wholesale, consumers, multiple brands, multiple sales channels and multiple digital communication channels.
Project Management
Project Brief-The CRMCS will document all new CRM project requirements in a standard project brief that outlines the objectives, targets, tactics and KPI’s.
Project Scope-For some complex projects, the CRMCS will document the specific scope of work to be done in a standard scope document.
Project Proposal-The CRMCS will create or manage the CRM project proposal. Since Yuanliu CRM projects are currently internal, these projects are to be approved by COM3’s General Manager.
Project Plan-The CRMCS will work with the General Manager and/or Project Manager to develop a project plan using COM3’s project planning tool. Some projects will be more complex than others. The CRMCS will ensure that all task status’ are updated on a weekly basis.
Project Budget-The CRMCS will create a budget for each CRM project.
Project RFP-When 3rd party suppliers are needed, the CRMCS will create a Request for Proposal to be used in the vendor bidding process. The CRMCS will also create a vendor analysis of the bids.
Project Reporting-The CRMCS will be responsible for all project status reports (see below) and a Project Results Report for each project, which summarizes the KPI’s and actual performance of each project.
Solutions Development
Business Processes-The CRMCS will create business process models when a new or revised business process is supported by the project.
Business Requirements-The CRMCS will create business requirements that describe business processes in detail, including functional and non-functional requirements, data requirements, business rule requirements system requirements.
Design-The CRMCS will manage all aspects of UI, business rules, data, data integration and system design.
Build-The CRMCS will manage all aspects of application development.
Test-The CRMCS will ensure that all software and hardware components have successfully completed a unit test, system integration test and a user acceptance test.
Deployment-The CRMCS will manage all aspects of deployment, including change management, user training and data conversion.
Vendor Management-For all solutions using a 3rd party package, the CRMCS will manage the software, hardware and implementation vendors’ participation in solutions design, build, test and rollout.
Vendor Management-The CRMCS will manage vendors who provide services to CRM projects. The CRMCS will be responsible for QA, contracts, payment requests, etc.
Training Requirements The CRMCS will oversee the creation of training documents for both internal staff and client staff for any projects with new business processes, technologies, etc.
New Service Offerings
New Services Strategy The CRMCS will work with the General Manager to develop new service offering strategies (that are related to CRM) to be provided by COM3 to its clients.
New Services Planning The CRMCS will work with the General Manager to develop detailed plans for the design, development and implementation of new service offerings(that are related to CRM) to be provided by COM3 to its clients.
Data Management
Data Acquisition-The CRMCS will identify vendors who can legally supply prospect lists to the company. NOTE – this is subject to the laws of the PRC.
The CRMCS will identify vendors who can conduct prospect acquisition projects (using their own legal data) on behalf of the company that will result in prospects registering on clients’ web and social media sites.
The CRMCS will manage the processes and systems to accurately import and integrate new prospect data into the company’s CRM systems. This includes industry standard filter, cleanse, load, match, merge and distribution processes.
The CRMCS will ensure that 3rd party vendors comply with their contractual obligations to supply quality data to the company.
Data Governance
Data Governance Plan The CRMCS will create a data governance plan for both wholesale and consumer CRM data.
Data Completeness-The CRMCS will ensure that all wholesale and consumer data is complete. The CRMCS will develop methods to update incomplete data, including digital campaigns.
Data De-duplication-The CRMCS will be responsible for de-duplicating data on a weekly basis.
Data Quality-The CRMCS will be responsible for other “1st party” data quality initiatives related to the success of the CRM program, such as sales order history, campaign history, web site traffic.
The CRMCS will be responsible for other “3rd party” data quality initiatives related to the success of the CRM program.
Data Reporting
Data Quality-The CRMCS will be responsible for publishing weekly data management reports.
CRM Data-The CRMCS will be responsible for creating and managing CRM OLTP and OLAP databases.
CRM Users-The CRMCS will be responsible for providing tools for COM3 and/or client staff to create reports based on CRM data.
Call Center-The CRMCS will be responsible for providing tools for the call center staff to create reports based on call center operational data.
Other Scope of Responsibilities - Management
