Main Responsibilities:

• Implementing and enforcing consistent practices for managing GKCA's and KCA's
• Work with Regional Sales in executing corporate-level sales strategies in support of detailed profit strategies
• Overseeing customer teams for designated Corporate Accounts.
• Understanding customer objectives and strategies and how they may impact the future business relationship.
• Monitoring changes in buying practices and competitor strategies.
• Ensuring communication between the customers' corporate and plant/mill locations
• Leading KCA team leaders in the understanding and documentation:
• Ensuring that Buckman's capabilities are fully understood

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university, major in Pulp/Paper, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Biology.
• Ten years related experience and/or training in China paper making process
• Successful selling experience, preferably in chemical sales and previous management experience are required.
• Good Mandarin and English are required
• Effective communication and presentation skills
