Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop suitable product according to market requirement ( provide starting formulations/data sheets, lab works, compile SOP), Supervise and realize the required process and scale up studies, Understand the link between the process and the product (characteristics and performances).

2. Coordinate with production on scale-up projects to determine appropriate design and product specifications to maximize ease of manufacturing if necessary.

3. Must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment, with a sense of urgency. Must take ownership of the projects and driven them.

4. Experience with complex projects; ability to analyze problems quickly, and ability to develop corrective actions required.

5. Monthly reporting on progress made timely.

6. Regular contacts and team working with other departments inclusive marketing and TS teams.

7. Necessary technical support to relevant departments by providing technical know-how transfer, lab test, technical presentation and training, etc.

Basic Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in organic Chemistry/Chemical engineering/Materials Chemistry, Min. 5 years' experience in Chemical related industry.

2. Experienced in chemical synthesis and formulating, good experience in refinery/petrochemical Plants process Chemical.

3. Familiarity with major processes and equipments in refinery/Petrochemical Plants, kinds of application tests and standards, Understand well knowledge about fine chemicals, graph of GC, IR, HPLC.

4. Good English and computer skill.

5. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
