Major Responsibilities:

· Production team building up ,training and management

· Manage daily production activity and trouble shooting

· Manage lean production activity to achieve production excellence

· Manage department BSAFE activity and other safety process to achieve safety excellence

· Manage department clean production and other Environmental activity to achieve Environmental excellence

· Building up and maintain efficient communication between production and supply chain /

R&D

Requirements:

· Bachelor Degree or above with major in chemical engineering

· Fluent English reading and basic oral speaking

· At least 5 years related production management experience in a chemical plant

· Fluent Microsoft office Software

· People management skill
