? Provide global BRCM engagement with SWD technical teams for risk identification.

o Develop risk engagement plan
o Define Risk levels and new controls
o Correlate emerging SWD risks and escalate to RMM
o Identify control issues
o Identify ownership of risk and controls
o Correlate emerging SWD risks and escalate to RMM
o Manage Risk escalations from ISR to appropriate SWD/Risk teams

? Global SWD BRCM

o Support SWD Global RCA program in a region
o Manage SWD Global dispensation process
o Help define emerging risks and propose controls

? Technology Risk and Critical Systems Review team

o Review the Top critical systems to refresh the knowledge base of the system construction and implementation to determine system complexity and risk exposures.
o Identify Risk exposures and mitigations
o Support Transaction risk team
o Familiar with current industry trends in technology (Cloud, Big Data, Mobile..) and development methodologies.

The resource will support several risk functions related to group systems as well as SWD technology risk, SWD Operational risk and SWD Internal Controls.

Skills: A technical background with a large range of technical skills (operations, development, architecture etc) combined and tempered to a broader scope of skills including risk management and specifically strong ISR skills. This position requires a capability to translate highly technology issues/risks with soft issues so they can be communicated to non-technical management and teams. A familiarity with legal, compliance, fraud and other non-technical risk subject areas a plus. ISACA certification(s) will noted.
