Job Duties:
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
? Perform first line system administrative tasks
? Technical coordination with different infrastructure teams to deliver infrastructure services.
? Work closely with application teams to deliver project and request fulfilments
? Design and conduct the delivery management processes, governance control and MI report
? Prioritize and resolve resource conflict.
? Work closely with GBM Production Support Management Team (PSM) to meet the SLA of Business services.
Candidate Specifications:
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
? A university graduate with degree in computer science or related discipline with minimum 5 years relevant experience.
? System administrative related experiences on Solaris 10, Linux (SuSE and RedHat) and Windows Servers Series
? ITIL Life Cycle knowledge and experience are added advantages.
? Is able to work under pressure independently with different priorities
? Good command of written and spoken English.
? Proactive and self-motivated. Equip with good analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
