Responsibilities:
- responsible for daily management of the Accounting& Tax Compliance Services Department;
- responsible for the financial administration of the clients;
- Review and supervise the team to complete the monthly accounts and tax calculation and filing work;
- Maintaining contacts with clients, colleagues and external advisors;
- Ensure the quality in our financial services;
- Roll out internal procedures and processes (best practices) in order to maximise the efficiency;
- Coach and motivate the team members;
- Establish regular trainings to the team members;
- Participate to ad hoc projects.


Qualifications and Profile:
- Holder of the certificate of Medium Level Accountant is a must;
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- 8-10 years experience in accounting, tax filings;
- Having experiences in professional firms is a plus;
- Rigorous and very well organized,you are able to work in an autonomous way;
- Used to lead a team, have good social and presentation skills;
- Mature and stable;
- Willingness to work under pressure;
- Be flexible and keen on continuously learning and improving your skills.
