职位职能: 财务主管/总帐主管
职位描述:
1、5年以上工作经验，3年以上主管经验，初级职称以上；
2、具备敏锐的洞察力和数据意识，优秀的财务分析和内部审计能力。
3、懂得梳理资金运作及费用控制，能根据企业实质做出详细、合理的财务宏观和微观分析方案。
4、熟悉国内会计准则以及相关的财务、税务、审计法规和政策。
5、性格稳重、工作细致严谨、思维敏捷。

要求：
1、财务、会计、金融及相关专业大专以上学历；
2、有2年以上主办或往来会计工作经验、精通会计做账技巧和流程，可有效为公司节约成本；可单独处理公司的全盘账务；
3、熟悉国家财税法律法规，掌握财务核算、财务管理、财务分析等业务流程；熟悉国家、地方各项税务政策，有具体办税经验；
4、工作态度认真、细致、负责、主动，做事踏实、细心，性格沉稳，为人诚恳，良好的沟通能力；有良好的纪律性、团队合作以及开拓创新精神。
