This company is one of the largest worldwide suppliers of cutting devices, measuring instruments and safety products for the school, home and office markets. The company is a listed company from USA.
Job Description:
1. Prepare product specification and RFQ for new product;
2. Participate and facilitate design reviews with NPD team and suppliers for improved manufacturing feasibility and product design.
3. Manage the flow of specs, prototypes, and sample materials for timely, accurate.
4. Follow up the project development status with suppliers to ensure product samples available in time.
5. Maintain the product pricing database.
6. Update tooling list/status.
Qualification Requirement:
1. Bachelors Degree Marketing, Business or Engineering.
2. At least 5 years of experience in OEM hardware product industry, previous experience in Lawn & Garden tools and Fishing tools preferred;
3. Familiar with manufacturing processes, local and international standard. Good knowledge of metallic material is an advantage;
4. Must be able to work independently, fast learner, team player, highly motivated;
5. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Chinese.
6. Willing to travel frequently.
