This company is one of profession firm for designing pharmaceutical factory.
Job Description:
1. The employee is allocated to one or more projects as Senior HVAC Engineer.
2. The employee is, within the contractual frame for the project, responsible for securing that the project is fulfilling the customer’s requirements for HVAC solutions, price and quality, as well as contributing towards an efficient project execution in accordance with the time schedule.
3. This will take place through:
3-1. A close dialog with the user concerning the customers needs and requirements.
3-2. Proposal preparation estimating man hours and price for HVAC Engineer deliveries.
3-3. Execute project assignments in compliance with agreed time schedule, budget and quality requirement.
3-4. Extensive knowledge of Chinese local regulatory requirements and standards.
3-5. Cross disciplinary coordination, including on site inspections.
3-6. Give new employees guidance in NP tools, systems and engineering methods.
3-7. Maintain a professional network to NP DK.
4. The employee will contribute with consultancy work for HVAC solutions, and challenge our customers in their choice of HVAC design concepts/strategies.
5. The employee will contribute toward NP’s development of execution methods and standards for HVAC engineering through sharing experiences, as well as collecting and distributing better practices. This can, in agreement with the Department Manager, include specific development and/or operational tasks in the department.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor or Master Degree in HVAC.
2. You must have over 10 years' of working experience in a Design Institute.
3. Familiar with international engineering and project management.
4. Good skill in Computer, familiar with AutoCAD.
5. Having engineering company and local Design Institute work experience is desirable.
6. Speaking, writing and reading in English fluently.
