Key responsibilities
1. Follow purchasing department's policy, planning, budgeting to work out detail working plan
2. Manage and develop the existing and potential supplier pool and update the Approved Vendor List
3. Research, evaluate and propose suppliers for key commodity, develop and optimize supplier data base
4. Negotiate with local and international suppliers; prepare price comparisons;cost saving budgeting;
5. Build and maintain cost structure for responsible commodity
6. Complete frame contracts signature for responsible commodity
7. Develop and recommend new material/equipment for stakeholder
8. Monitor vendor quality performance, drive supplier continual improvement and verify improvement effectiveness
9. Administration and reporting as necessary

Requirements
1. Minimum 5 years purchasing experience;
2. University degree;
3. Excellent face-to-face and telephone conversation skills;
4. Can negotiate skillfully in tough situations with both internal and external groups; can settle differences with minimum noise;
5. Doesn't misrepresent for personal gain; seen as a direct, truthful individual;
6. Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully;
7. Able to demonstrate success and experience about managing suppliers and contracts;
8. Strong responsibility, self-motivated and can work under high pressure; Flexible, patient and solution-focused.
