Position Title: CFT Analyst (Contractor)

Job Function

The Customer Fulfilment Team (CFT) is responsible for the provision of security access (end user IT account management) for Mars Inc internal customers and business partners globally. The CFT is seen as a leader in provision processes and works closely with the wider Mars IS organisation to actively harmonise and automate fulfilment services. CFT is the only global team in Mars IS that bases in China. The CFT Analyst is responsible for managing team’s daily operation and act as the ultimate solution owner for issues related to account management. The successful candidate will also work with global project teams to deliver the take-on and support of new area on account management.

Responsibilities Areas

• Deliver the account fulfilment for applications and systems in Mars.
• Communicate with support teams on trouble shooting during fulfilment.

· Manage enquiry for end users. Improve customer perception.

• Deliver knowledge management of relevant service offerings, support policies, procedures.

Qualifications and Relevant Experience

· Strong customer orientation with a focus on delivery of value added service.

· Self-reliance, carefulness and emotional stability.

· Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment, work well under pressure.

· Good written communication skills in English.

· Demonstrated ability to learn new technical skills quickly, and to apply this learning.

Qualifications

• Junior college, undergraduate degree or equivalent business experience.

Experience

· Minimum of 2-3 years working experience.
