Purchasing Supervisor
Job despcription:
1.Combine the whole purchasing stats to one macro picture and to integrate the stock, QC, purchase orders to provide accurate stats of the order to who it may concern.
2.follow up sales needs in matters of QTY and DD and Lead the team to be more closed and get the information of problem on delivery, production, quality... before hurt the guaranteed date.
3.Have weekly meeting with internal depts to make sure purchasing and operations run smoothly and harmoniously.
4.Organizing weekly a meeting for communication and training on purchasing operation and skills, bring up the purchasers with good performance and honest attitude to company.
5.Prepare to take over any supplier account in case any purchase leave with new replacement. And replace the dept manager in his absent.
6.Monitor the purchaser’s performances.
7.Responsible to “small oem” coordinator.
8.To accomplish the other job which come from Dept manager.
9.Perform “change factory” procedure in cases needed.
Qualifications:
1. more than 3 years of worling experience.
2. Good Englsih written, spoken and read is necessary.
3.Be open-minded and goal-oriented.
4. Stronge team work spirit
5. Good at computer softwares, like excel, word, Powerpiont.
