Job Description

-Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
-Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
-Oversee local Sales Accounts and Sales Coordinators.
-Identifies sales opportunities by identifying customer’s requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
-Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic contact; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
-Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
-Preparing all required sales reports.
-Achieving sales target assigned by the company.

Qualification

-Good command of English, including speaking, listening and writing

-Good command of office softwares

-Move than 5 years of working experience and at least 2 years of management experience

-Team player
