职位描述
Responsibility summary:
IT infrastructure/network/security management, IT project implementation and IT Service delivery across the company including 3 sub plants in accordance to Global& regional IT policies, standards and procedures, proactive support and consultation to the business divisions to enable the effective use of information technology to improve the productivity and efficiency of the business processes, being involved in activities of formulating and implementation of IT policy and process, internal knowledge sharing, IT service improvement.
Responsibility:
IT Asset management including "IT Asset Information Report" update, IT asset registry management during the full cycle of IT asset procedures of purchase, allocation, usage, update, maintenance, recall and scrapping.
Daily maintenance and administration with working log and analysis for Server Room facilities and systems including Server and Network performance and availability monitoring and alert solution, service-interrupting incidents resolution and data recovery, backup operations, virus protection and system patch management.
Manage and handle network / infrastructure projects or initiatives
To provide IT services support on the end users: responsible for the management of Video Conference Call, VOIP equipment, telephone switchboard, hardware and software installation/trouble shooting, server access rights configuration, accounts allocation and cancellation, etc.
Offshore support to users within China via remote connection tool, email or communicator.
Accomplish any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Some Traveling within China is required
Requirements:
College's degree or above, major in computer or related, +2 years of network/server/application administration and management experience.
Strong problem solving, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills, to be able to quickly isolate and trouble-shoot any network, system and application problems.
High customer service awareness, execution and planning ability, good communication skill, Honest and team work spirit, self motivated and driven for results.
Good Language skill in English, especially in reading/writing
Have a good telephone manner and remote diagnosis skills.
Skills
At least 2 years network or infrastructure administration background.
Working knowledge of Server hardware, Storage Array and Network Devices, Database, Windows Server technologies and network architecture, performance monitoring, remote administration, client/server architecture, Web application management, internet technologies.
Practice and experience in hardware and network trouble shooting, operating system recovery, the virus protection management under network environment, telephone switchboard circuit configuration, firewall and router configuration.
Recognized ability to analyze TCP/IP networking problems. and related application like DHCP, DNS, FTP, Web Server, etc.
Holding Microsoft MCSE/MSCA, CCNA/CCNP certification, understanding IT Operational Frameworks such as ITIL, Cobit is preferred.
