Main Tasks

1. Source purchasing materials for company business.

2. Supply market analysis.

3. Purchasing demand analysis.

4. Purchasing price enquiry, negotiation and bidding.

5. Purchase materials and service following company policy.

6. Purchase management for contract, cost, quality, delivery date and service.

7. Payment application for purchasing materials.

8. Supplier management.

9. Purchasing data management.

10. International purchasing.

Other Tasks

1. Handle exportation of special items such as samples; damage spare parts, spare parts on returning basis or credit note;

2. Set up and maintain purchasing database as to have timely and overall review of outstanding orders and serve as sources for reporting;

3. Assist managements on reports of purchasing and finance. Undertake ad hoc assignments such as MSDS translation and local sourcing.

4. Looking for and seize any cost saving opportunities.

5. To ensure understanding and following the Information Security Policies and Procedures

6. To Carry out the related responsibilities authorized by Information Security Policies
