工作职责：

1.工作要有责任心和耐心,必须要有积极的工作态度，有经常迟到、早退、缺勤，生活无规律的请勿投简历
2.对孩子要有耐心和爱心,引导他们在英语文化的氛围里学习,性格开朗,能谦虚接受教学意见。
3.上课内容为各种不同的主题, 组织各种各样跟英语有关的游戏、活动和比赛. 最好能在教学过程中穿插一些跨国文化的教育。
4.工作前期以及工作期间,公司会对实习生进行相关的培训,工作的第一周有系统的内部培训。
5.根据教务处主任分配的课程准备课堂，提高孩子在课堂中的学习兴趣，保证教学效果的实现。课堂中要做到形式多样化，用热情去引导孩子。
6.一周工作时间5.5天,休息1.5天. 每一次上课大约为2小时候, 偶尔晚上上课,以补修形式算入工作时间。一周工作时间约38小时(偶有变动,中午休息2小时)

At the beginning and in the middle of your work, you will get some relevant training from the company. Internal and systemic training will be taken during your first week.

Work for 5.5 days a week and 1.5 days off. All classes are about 2-2.5 hours for each time.( .Rarely, we will have classes in the evening). You have 2 hours for rest in the afternoon.
