职位描述

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Describe important specific results that incumbent and subordinates are expected to achieve. Describe types of policies, "philosophy and procedures incumbent recommends or approves (indicate which). Give examples of goals, quotas, performance standards and other types of planning incumbent recommends or approves (indicate which). Describe activities which are executed, scheduled, co ordinated, reviewed; approved, advised on or controlled (indicate which). Where appropriate, indicate frequency of duties i.e., monthly, quarterly).

Business Management Activities:


1. Develops continuous improvement (CI) strategies by creating framework and tools to deliver productivities.
2. Leads OE team and cross-functional teams on implementation of the strategies by firstly translate it into operating plan and execute the plan secondly.
3. Coordinates CI activities and schedules resources in support of on-going CI initiatives and programs and monitors progress.
4. Seeks out, evaluates and drives CI ideas for more effective and efficient SC performance, in areas of process, system and organizations.
5. Ensure MJGZSC processes, new products, raw materials, packaging materials and process validation & qualification effectiveness and conform to MJN quality systems, regulations and safety procedures. Ensure Maintain the key master data accurate within all systems. Drive the CAPA execution for continuous improvement.
6. Anticipates obstacles and potential problems and develops contingency plans to achieve expected outcomes.
7. Leads and or supports on introducing new products, packages, processes.
8. Manage Packaging material quality, solve it's quality problems and supports to manage packaging material suppliers.


Key Performance Indicators:

-Deliver productivities as expected
-No. of CI projects initiated and completed
-On time launch of new products, new packages and new processes.

People Management Activities:
1. Provides vision and build culture on that generates excitement and enthusiasm that deliver excellent operational results.
2. Develops and enhances professional skills of OE team by developing of training programs.
3. Provides strong leadership within SC
4. Set objectives for yourself as well as your direct reports to meet and exceed whole plant goals and objectives.
5. Continuously reviews performance of the team, manages tools and processes to monitor the achievement of the team performance targets.


REQUIREMENTS:

A. Indicate minimum amount of formal education considered necessary:

University graduate or Master degree in Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food science, and Process Engineering are preferred.

B. Describe the nature and length of experience and know-how necessary to meet job problems and challenges.

Experience:
15 years' experiences with 6 years management experience in SC of multinational companies.
-experience with broader SC processes.
-experience on leading continuous improvement projects in process, system and organization.
-experience in managing multiple activities and projects
-experience in leading cross-functional teams.
-good records on cost saving.

Technical know-how:
1. Project management skill
2. Knowledge of key tools, such as Six Sigma, CI or TQM for continuous improvement.
3. Knowledge of the most updated technologies, process, equipment and systems.
4. Strong analytical skill.
5. Understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO 9000, SPC, EHS and processing improvement methodology.
6. Knowledge of regulatory, compliance and customer requirement.
7. Be familiar with Finance and Accounting knowledge and procedures
8. Good English in both speaking and writing
9. Good computer skill in PC(WORD,EXCEL, EMAIL)
10. Good presentation skill.


Managerial skills: People/team management skills, business management skills, negotiation skill.


Interpersonal skills:
Very good interpersonal communication skills
Global communication networking required.
