Responsibilities
? Lead the quality team in China to ensure that our products are in conformity with our quality specifications. Participate in the development and implementation of quality control policies and standards
? Communicate and check on implementation of corporate policies, identify and resolve quality issues und implement effective correction plans
? Implement processes to ensure all products will be manufactured in compliance with our and our customer’s requirements
? Direct project team to review and analyze new products in concept stage to address potential issues prior to production.
? Direct and manage activities for global and contracted third party service providers and laboratories.
? Manage and execute quality programs that lead to improvement in quality, costs and overall factory efficiency
? When essential, train and educate quality teams at factory level

Requirements/Qualifications
? Degree in quality management/quality assurance/mechanical engineering
? At least 10 years solid experience in quality assurance with minimum 5 years in managerial grade, experience with international company preferred
? Preferably prior experience in the metal industry
? Fluent in Putonghua and good English
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Strong leadership and strong problem solving and decision making skills
? Ability to work with people of diverse cultural background
